Meditation for Relaxation and Personal Development
This is a powerful programme of meditation for promoting relaxation as well as for personal development based on Chakras. Each class there will be two meditations. The first meditation will introduce you to different meditation techniques that you can be practiced at home. This will be followed by a Guided Meditation designed to provide deep relaxation but also aimed at addressing healing and personal development in key life areas such as emotions, relationships, communication, creativity alongside some empowering affirmations to increase positivity and access your full potential.
Meditation can not only be used for stress reduction and the promotion of relaxation to improve your health but it can also give you a lot more.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience. Beginners welcome!
