Guided Meditations & Tuition
Meditation is one of the cornerstones of spiritual or self-development path for good reason, as well as the personal and transformative element it provides a extensive health and well-being benefits.
This article covers some of the main points addressed by a recent BBC programme about alternative therapies. It provides a more scientific understanding of how meditation can help with many aspects of daily life.

Learning to meditate creates a wonderful opportunity for you to discover more about yourself and helps you value your own need for space and clarity. Greater understanding, self awareness and peace of mind are all possible and likely through regular practise. We rarely give ouselves the chance to step away from the constant chattering of our mind. There is no right or wrong during meditation. It is your time for you!
Whilst meditation can seem a daunting task especially after seeing images of people start for hours in the lotus position , meditation is really quite simple and achievable if one approaches it with proper knowledge and a bit of guidance.
At present, I am giving one to one guidance for individuals in a private session, who are keen to make meditation a regular practise in their lives. I enjoy any chance to encourage people on the path of self discovery and am happy to discuss starting a regular group with any interested parties.
